Hi Baby Benzy

On January 17, 2011 we welcomed

the sweetest little man to our family.

BENSON DAVIS GONZOLAS

was born to

Abby

and

Oscar

It's so fun to try and figure out who they

look like when they first arrive.

We weren't sure at first.

Must be the Gonzolas family look because

nothing was familiar about him to me!

Hudson LOVED him from the start!

Here he is meeting Grandpa John and big brother Huds for the first time. Benson doesn't seem particularly impressed with either of them at that moment, does he?

Still sleeping, his big brother Hayden meets him as well.

(yes, that's Oscar. Sneak your peek now. Even we don't see much of him.)

Ok, this is hilarious! Kyle and Makenzie came to the hospital that night to meet Benz. You see Makenzie's tummy? Kyle says, "I want ours right now." well, lo and behold guess what? Makenzie's water broke that night and Quinton Andrew Coleman was born the next day! Three weeks early!

Yes, just like all my own babies and a few grand babies, Benzy was a little yellow. He had to bring the lights in the suitcase home with him and spend a couple of days getting "de-yellowed."

 

These girls just couldn't get enough of him!

When this little Haidy Lady is near, it scares me a little!

Abby is ready to grab Benson as soon as Hudson decides he's finished holding him and gives him a shove.
Little Annie waits patiently for her turn.
